Week 4/ Day 1

Began my weekend with the salty ocean breeze and an afternoon of silence. At least away from the sounds of cars, chatter, television, big machinery, and most things electronic-minus my phone ;).

I consider myself sensitive to the sways and crashes of the waves. A water sign myself- Cancer, I’ve always felt comfortable and at home by the ocean, in the ocean, sitting on the sand listening to its movement.

It’s really a respect I have for it. An appreciation for how all things work in unison, yet it’s still it’s own entity. To me the parallel to people-connected yet unique.

So I took time out of my schedule and commitments to redefine what it is I want this year. What do I need to tighten up and follow through on more. Here’s my list

1.) wake up one hour earlier everyday
2.) do 10 minutes of hiit training
3.) blog a new post everyday-at least one and up to 5
4.) meditate daily (first thing in the am)
5.) create a space of organization to think grandeur thoughts and live respectfully
6.) do 2xs a week weigh ins to monitor progress
7.) cook and learn one new recipe a week
8.) learn a new baking recipe
9.) crest my online classes to help those looking for a solution to weight loss
10.) always be grateful for what I have yet never becoming comfortable with where I am.
